Apricot Walnut Dressing 1/2 c Apricot nectar (or other natural fruit puree)
3 tb Walnut or hazelnut oil
1 tb Pommerey-style mustard with the seeds
2 tb Boiling water
Place the apricot nectar, oil, and mustard in a blender or mini food
processor. Blend at high speed for 10 seconds. Season, add the boiling
