Millet Pudding 1 c Hot pineapple juice
1 c HOT COOKED MILLET, packed
2 tb Cashews
1/8 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
BLEND smooth all ingredients. Ways to serve: sprinkle 1/4-1/2"
GRANOLA in bottom of a flat dish. Pour pudding over, 1-2" thick. Add
FRUIT TOPPING portion of the TOFU CHEESECAKE for recipe before
serving. Or, serve over WAFFLES, FRENCH TOAST or cereal. May stir in
1/2-1 cup fruit--drained pineapple chunks, banana slices, berries,
etc.
