Filbert Kisses

3 Egg whites
1 c Sugar
1 ts Vinegar
8 oz Finely chopped filberts

Beat egg whites; add sugar & vinegar. Fold nuts into egg whites. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 275.
