Whole salted macadamia nuts
Pieces of glace ginger
Spike nuts and ginger with toothpicks. Melt carob over hot water in
double saucepan and, working as quickly as possible, coat nut or
ginger piece in carob. Place onto sheet of baking paper on flat
board or platter and refrigerate until set, approximately 5 minutes.
